He is survived by: his stepparents, Eunetta Jenkins (Cookeville) and Carl Sumruld (Hendersonville); his siblings, Scott (Teresa) Jenkins (Cookeville) and Jill (David) Speight (Murfreesboro); his daughter Roxanne (J. P. Dunlap) Jenkins (Clarksville); and his grandson Yahya Dunlap.
