He was predeceased by: his wife Etheline. He is survived by: his children, James E. Fuller (Diane) and Kathy Lovett (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Deanna Moore, Victor Webb, Dustin Webb (Megan), Brent Gray (Karrie) and Eric Lovett (Meredith); and his great grandchildren, Titus, Thaddeus, Naomi, Zachery, Emma, Allison, Katelyn and Hallie.
