She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter F. Madison and Klyce Olivia Madison; her husband William Kenneth Fuqua; her son Steven Alan Fuqua; her siblings, Johnny, Floyd, Delbert, Samuel Madison, Melva Lee and Joyce Evelyn; and her grandsons, Anthony Cook and Ronnie Leon Swafford.
She is survived by : her daughters, Rhonda Slavens of Perry, OK and Theresa Carter (Jimmy) of Old Hickory, TN; her grandchildren, Sonya Dawes (Kasey), Rebecca Toedter Nolensville (Heath) and Tenn; her great grandchildren, Caleb Dawes (Gabriella), Collin and Chase Dawes; her great great grandchildren, Olivia, Kenneth Dawes, Jackson, Logan and Sydney Harmon; her close friend Jo Ann Bowers; and her friend Lisa.
