She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Bailey and Lucille Bailey of Laytonsville; her husband John Thomas Kelley III; and her grandchildren, Addie Kelley and Matthew Sinclair Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Kelley of Dallas, TX, Charlie Kelley (Nan) of Rockwood, TN, Chad Kelley (Denise) of Brunswick, MD and Anne Kelley of Nashville, TN; and her granddaughter Patricia Franks of Bellevue, TN.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Church of the Holy Rosary (192 Graylynn Dr, Nashville, TN 37214). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
