He is survived by: his wife Alma Beatrice Mullins; his son Chris Mullins (Christina); his stepdaughter Candice of Portland, TN; his grandchildren, Holden Snyder, Caleb Mullins, Braxton Mullins and Eizley Mullins; and his siblings, Terry Mullins of Madison, TN, Art Mullins (Miram) of Murfreesboro, TN, Micheal Mullins (Sarah) of Lebanon, TN, James Mullins (Cheryl) of Nashville, TN and Annie Cook (Johnny) of Nashville, TN.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
