She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Olszak and Sophia Olszak; her husbands, David Lake, Harlow Sexton and Jack Walsh; and her brother Martin Olszak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lea Velasquez (Ralph), Deborah Hoover (Bruce) and Beth Forbes; and her nephew Adam Olszak. She is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
