He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Paul Fritts; and his father-in-law Joseph Levi Jones. He is survived by: his children, Charles Cody Fritts, Summer Brooke (Jason Wayne Bivens) and Sarah Miranda (John Leamon); his grandchildren, Jordan (Morgan), Maddy, Rylan Greene, Emma Karoline Fritts, Kinslee, Bailey and Bryson Bivens; his mother June Fritts; his brothers, Johnny (Faye Fritts) and Marty Fritts; his mother-in-law Clearsie (Joe McClain); his brother-in-law Billy (Connie Jones); and his close friend Billy Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
