He is survived by: his former wife Penny Tinsley; his daughter Katrina Tinsley; his son-in-law Lones Lynn; his sons, Jacob Tinsley and Justin Tinsley; his daughter-in-law Brittney Tinsley; his stepchildren, Lynn Pitt and Jason Newberry; his grandchildren, Kehlani Lynn, Annaliese Lynn, Abigail Lynn, Hunter Martin, Brianna Tinsley, Myles Tinsley, Annabelle Tinsley, Skylar Pitt and Andrew Pitt; and his sisters, Loretta Smith and Debbie Deason.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sunset Cemetery (547 Sunset Dr, Madisonville, TN 37354).
