He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jasmine Wade; and his father Kenneth Wade. He is survived by: his children, Billy Wade (Jayme), Chris Wade (Kasey) and Kimberly Price (Robby); his girlfriend Judy Martin; his grandchildren, William, Mikey, Riley, Junior, Zach, Millie, Jeremy, Morgan, Hayley, Hannah and Wesley; his mother Willie Foxx; and his siblings, Susan Sims, Gary (Betty Wade) and Richard (Karen Wade). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
