He is survived by: his wife Mary Gail Scruggs Haynes; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Allen Morris; his granddaughters, Haley (Jack Kincaid) and Hannah Morris; his great grandchild Ana Kincaid; and his sister Flo Kennedy. He is also survived by Several nieces & nephews.
