She is survived by: her husband Perry Lynn Lance Sr. of Madisonville; her daughters, Angle (Mike Underwood) and Cristy (Norman Watson); her grandchildren, Mikie, Chelsey Underwood, Dillon Underwood, Brandon Lance, Sky Turnbull, Blake Martin (Taylor Hammitt), Jerrod Martin (Summer Duncan) and Laney Marie Lance; her great grandchildren, Gracelynn Underwood, Walker Underwood, Huntleigh Underwood, Paisleigh Gifford, Carson Gifford, Brentlee Lance, Haylie Lance, Neveah Lance, Arian Martin, Oakleigh Martin, Stetson Martin, Lucas Yates, Abbygail Kelso and Hunter Underwood; and her sisters, Toni Watson, Sharon Allmon and Tammy Green.
