He is survived by: his children, Kayla Sisk (Stephen Sisk) and Gregory Keith Fields II (Alana).
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Inc. (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 2:50 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
