She was predeceased by: her parents, Zeb Millsaps and Abbie Millsaps; her siblings, Gena Millsaps and Billy; her sister-in-law Grace Millsaps; her siblings' children, Celia Pittman, Leandra Bowers, Ricky Millsaps, Darrell Pittman and Tim Millsaps (Virginia); her aunt Nellie Millsaps; her brothers-in-law, Ron Blackwell, Robert Cross, Bill Houston, Frank Bowers and Jerry Jones; and her close friend J. R. Bowers.
She is survived by: her daughter Darlene; her son-in-law Winston Torbett; her sisters, Carolyn Jones of Madisonville, Evelyn Bowers of Madisonville and Linda Blackwell (Chris Tinsley) of Madisonville; and her close friend David Denton. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
