It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lilly Bell Webb of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on August 2, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Harrod and Fannie Lee Tudor Harrod; her siblings, Sue, Phylis, Francis, Calvin, George, Jr., Roscoe, Daniel, Will and Jessie; and her parents-in-law, Virgil and Helen Webb.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Bruce Webb; her daughters, Connie (Kenny Taylor) and Heather (David Parker); her grandchildren, Jacob, Haley Parker, Max, Ashley Taylor, Jaden Parker, Zac Taylor and Jeb Parker; her great grandchildren, McKinley McLemore and Case Taylor; and her siblings, Ostina, Geraldine, Rebekah, Wanda and Issac. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
