He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar B. Harrill and Katherine Standridge Harrill; his brother David E. Harrill; and his nephew Lee A. "Bo" Hartley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Polly Harrill; his son Clifford Harrill; his siblings, Cliff Harrill (Connie) and Trudy Hartley; his sister-in-law Dede Harrill of Madisonville; his siblings' children, Dina Long (Danny) and Thomas Harrill (Rebecca) of Madisonville; and his great-niece Virginia. He is also survived by many other brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
