He is survived by: his wife Lisa Jo Upton of Madisonville; his children, Lil Pat Upton of Madisonville, Brittany (Victor) and Callie Upton; the parent of his children Sandy Upton of Sweetwater; his daughters, Macayla Rasmussen (Drew) of Madisonville, Olivia Carter of Vonore and Tasha Upton of Sweetwater; his grandchildren, Mateo Upton, Layla Jo Macon, Alayah McSpadden and Azzie McSpadden; his mother Gail Ann Epps Upton of Sweetwater; his siblings, Maenise Oggs (Tony) and Wesley Lamont Upton (Tracy) of Knoxville; and his siblings' children, Christian, Aiden and McKenzie Oggs.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cross Creek Christian School (777 New Hwy 68, Sweetwater, TN 37874). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the West End Cemetery (208 Dode St, Sweetwater, TN 37874).
