With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Lee Parks of Madisonville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 30, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ima Sue Bivens and Wilburn Roberts; and her siblings, Joanne Roberts, Delzie Millsaps and David Roberts.

She is survived by: her husband James Parks; her daughter Angelia; her son-in-law Marcell Arila; her grandchildren, Alexis, Haley, Joshua, Seth McFaddin and Megan Roberts; and her great grandchildren, Braelynn, Mateo Zavale, Jaxton Shults, Kyliee, Brody and Brady. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
