He is survived by: his close friend Donna Mead; his children, Lisa Arden (Allen), James Maynard (Charlotte), Joey Maynard and Doug Maynard (Cassie); and his siblings, Donita Cordell (Don), Jerretta Bowers (J. C.), Rita Phillips (Johnny), Rhonda Wicker (Mitchell), Ellen Carlson (Craig), Danny Maynard (Jane) and Rick Maynard. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
