He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Lumbley of Manchester; his children, Billy Lumbley Jr. of Manchester, Christy Brewer (Michael) of Manchester, Angie Meerdink of Hillsboro, Lisa Masters of Manchester, Cindy Darnell (Lonnie) of Normandy and Jessica Howard (Jason) of Tullahoma, Tennessee.; his sister Del Breedlove of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Mercediz Destiny (Dusty), Aaliyah, Paige, Lex, Kristin, Ashley, Michael, Ronnie, Austin, Mindy, Kiera, Brooke, Jennifer (Dustin), Donna, Natalie, Abby and Sam; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Addison, Hunter, Dixie, Noah, Copeland, Jayce, Alora, Isabella, Luka and Raelynn.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Daves-Culbertson Funeral Home (401 N Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Daves- Culbertson Funeral (401 N Jackson St, Tullahoma, TN 37388). A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at the Leming Cemetery.
