He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Fowler and Lucille Fowler Mullin (Gianazza). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Fowler (Flynn); and his sisters, Valerie Fenton of Stamford, CT and Donna Cignarella of Jenkintown, PA. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations in Memory of Chet be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
