With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cody Nathaniel Keen of Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on April 28, 2023 at the age of 29. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his father Steve Roark; his grandparents, Betty and Paul Roark; and his great-grandparents, Joe, Deladess Keen and James Harris.

He is survived by : his son Cameron Keen of Nashville, TN; his fiancée Kelcie Hossman; his stepchildren, Aiden, Jace and Ember of Manchester, TN; his mother Amy Keen Roark of West Jefferson; his brother Trent Roark (Faith); his niece Maggie of West Jefferson; his grandparents, BJ, Lois Keen of Belfast, VA and Lucille Latham of Jefferson; his great-grandparent Mary Harris; and his aunts and uncles, Thomas, Jody Davis of West Jefferson, Josh, Kacey Latham of Wilkesboro, Susie Yoggerst of Mt. City and Michael Roark of Creston.

Daniel Mora wrote a sympathy message

“Dear Keen Family, I am very sorry for your loss. Dealing with the loss of a loved one is very difficult to deal with. I hope your family is surrounded by love during this time. During this difficult time, a strong hope in God’s promises will help you to endure. Jehovah promises to bring our dead loved one’s back to life. “Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice”(John 5: 28,29) I hope this promise brings you comfort.”
