He is survived by: his wife Judy Stephens Nowlin; his daughters, Tracy Denise Smith (Tim) and Kimberly Elaine Quick (Joey); his grandchildren, Shaelyn, Bryson Clanton, Alex Sedlmayr and Nathan Smith; and his sisters, Pauline Holden, Judy Carter and Mary Shelton.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Blanton's Chapel Cemetery (4422 Powers Bridge Rd, Manchester, TN 37355).
