He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Samual Richard and Ila Maxine Creek; wife: Laura Jean Creek; children: Lyn (Patrick) McCollough, Loretta (Agustin) Jimenez, Kevin Creek, Jason (Lana) Creek; siblings: Stan (Angie) Creek, Shirley (Jerry) Stead, Wally (Robbie) Creek, Sam Creek, Doris (Larry) Nichols, Phil Creek, Ethel Conard, John Creek, Paul (Anita) Creek, Mary (Rick) Shaw; grandchildren: Grant (Tasha), Louie & Christian Frazier, Lila & Omar Jimenez, Kandon Streff, Kenya (Nick) Van Zandbergen, Heather (Jared) Musall, Shayna Whited, Katrina (Aubrey) Loucks-Best, Matthew, Logan & Derek McCollough, Kanon & Kutler Creek; great grandchild: Sarah Frazier; mothers/fathers-in-law: Bill & Shirley Miller, Harvey Peterson; sisters-in-law: Charlotte Swiler, Joyce (Jonny) Soffel, Jean Creek, Shirley Creek; brothers-in-law: Mike Sullivan, Clem Messino, Phil Miller, Glen Swiler; niece: Kathy Creek; nephews: Zachary Creek, Bob Nichols; officiant: Pastor Nick Van Zandbergen; and numerous bonus grandchildren, great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Kiwanis Club of Manchester per David's request.
