He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Keith and Janet Keith. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Keith; his children, Eric Keith (Abby), Renee Keith (Aaron) and David Keith (Autumn); his brothers, Steven Keith and Glen Keith (Michelle); his grandchildren, Thomas Keith, Annabelle Keith and Lennon Jubilee (Jacqueline "Jackie" Keith); and his close friend Sadie.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Manchester Funeral Home (786 McMinnville Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Memorial Gardens (4758 New Manchester Hwy, Tullahoma, TN 37388).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Dean's honor to the Coffee County humane society.
