We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2025, at the age of 72, Doug McClendon of Manchester, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Pat McClendon; his parents, David McClendon and Claire McClendon; and his brothers, David Ray McClendon and Ricky McClendon.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy McClendon; his children, Rod McClendon (Tammy), Angela Thomas (Tony), Michael Henley (Caitlin), Kyle Henley (Adrienne) and Kevin Farliss (Rogelia); his siblings, Judy Jenkins (Terry) and Roger McClendon (Wanda); his mother-in-law Beatrice Rogers; and his grandchildren, Laura, Austin, Hayley, Ann, Angel, Pepper, McKeeley, Zayla, Damon, Ellie, Houston, Caiden and Kianna. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sellars Funeral Home (2229 N Mt Juliet Rd, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
