It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Lavoy Jordan of Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on July 30, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Edward Jordan and Nell Margaret Mears Jordan; his wife Betty "June" Hall Jordan; and his siblings, Charles Wayne Jordan and Barbara Jean White.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Fara (Sam), Judy Adcock (Kevin), Pamela Smotherman (Marc) and Gail Duncan (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jordan Quandt, Dylan Quandt, Preston Adcock, Rachel Adcock (Nick), Garrett Duncan and Gunner Duncan; and his great grandchild Kaden Hollandsworth.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Central Funeral Home (2812 Hillsboro Hwy, Manchester, TN 37355). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
