She is survived by: her sons, Jerry (Phyllis), Luke Jr. and Jeffery Smith; her son-in-law Hollis Simmons; her siblings, Mary Kendall (Mike) and John Reed (Teresa); her niece Brittany Stephens (Tim); her nephew Joshua Haggard (Kayla); and her grandchildren, Patrick, Shawn Smith, Hannah Gates (Stuart), Jessica Bonar (Jarrod), Paige Hoover (Keith), Amber Smith (Jay Downs), Justin Smith (Taylor) and Kalab Smith.
