She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Garrett and Mary Ethel Garrett; her husband Rufus Finley; her daughter Melinda Borders; her siblings, John Garrett, Bert Garrett and Merle O'Hara; and her siblings' children, Kay Thorpe and Bruce Garrett.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ashley Borders and Brandon Borders of Madison, TN; her son-in-law Garry Borders of Madison, TN; and her friend David Taylor of Manchester, TN.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
