It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Augustus Whitley (Manchester, Tennessee), born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Edith Pearl Galloway and James Robert Dwyer; his wife Fannie Crosslin Whitley; and his half-brother Douglass Whitley. He is survived by : his brothers, Michael (Elaine) and Terry Scott (Mary); his children, Ruth, Tina Whitley, Tom and Jack Whitley (Cindy); his grandchildren, Tonya Anderson (Steve), Mark Whitley (Dana), Dustin Whitley, Berlyn Kinese, Alexis Whitley, Adam Whitley, Amy Whitley, Aaliyah Whitley, Helena Kinese, Cason Kinese and Keanu Whitley; and his great grandchildren, Kamden Anderson, Brynleigh Anderson and Alice Whitley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
