He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Mullins; his brother Joseph Paul Mullins II; and his grandparents, Grethel Runyon, Virgil and Goldie Mullins.
He is survived by: his mother Seronda Mullins; his siblings, Jessica Mullins (Mark Moore) and Jeremy Mullins (Raina); his nephew Atlas Moore; and his nieces, Harper Mullins and Holly Mullins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made towards Jacob's funeral expenses.
