He is survived by: his wife Donna Lynn Pickard; his son Justin Greg Francis; his stepchildren, Beverly Smith (Jim) and Lisa Paul; his sister Maxine; and his pets, PJ, Bentley and Desi. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
