It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Harrell of Manchester, Tennessee, who passed away on March 15, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elm Milton Harrell and Sarah Anna McCullough Harrell; his siblings, Marie Gannon, Bobby Gene and Tommy Harrell; and his sibling-in-law Jean Harrell.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Finney (Billy), Anna Fulton and Milton Harrell; his granddaughters, Jennifer Knight (Jason) and Jessica Wimley; his great grandchildren, Zachary Wimley, Amara Todd and Gracie Knight; and his brothers, Franklin Harrell and Jimmy Harrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and a host of friends.
