He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Thompson and Fransisco Patricia Thompson; and his brother Jack Fetty. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Merlo-Fetty; his daughters, Celena O'Meara (Bo) and Kristen Key (Reid); and his stepdaughters, LaDonna Bacon (Steve) and Michelle Crowell (Wayne). He is also survived by five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren.
