He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ray Collins and Mary Evelyn Collins; and his brother Kevin Collins. He is survived by: his wife Alli Collins; his son Hayden Collins; his close friends, David Hall, Eddie Lang, Matt Rymer, Myers and Jeff Rymer; his father-in-law Mike Tillman (Nancy); his sister-in-law Lauren Tillman; his siblings, Joy Trim, Robin Campbell and Ricky McGinnis; and his aunts, Joyce Hobbs and Loyce Winton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; several cousins.
He was a champion for this cause and an advocate for organ donation.
