McCoy (McCoy) of White House, TN; his brothers, Harlen McCoy, Jr. of Nashville, TN and Christopher McCoy of Goodlettsville, TN; his children, Cortney McCoy of Nashville, TN and Michael McCoy, Jr. of Greenbrier, TN.; his nephew Clint McCoy of Murfreesboro, TN; and his caregiver Laura Supon.
