He was predeceased by: his parents, Hillary Carr and Bertha Carr; his wife Ruby Carr; and his granddaughter Angie Smoot. He is survived by: his children, Rosey Smoot (Glenn), Linda Martin (Richard) and Dalton Carr (Jackie); and his grandsons, Clint Martin and Mike Martin. He is also survived by his family and friends.
