He is survived by: his wife Joan Elwell; his sons, David Elwell (Debbie) and Eric Elwell (Melissa); his sisters, Donna Keele and Janet Petty (Delbert); his grandchildren, Austin Elwell (Jordan), Jodi Heissinger (Kyle), Justin Elwell (Renee) and Jason Elwell (Betty); and his great grandchildren, Autumn, Wiley, Leighton and Lottie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
