She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Cecil and Margaret Hosier Cecil. She is survived by: her siblings, Terry Cecil of Iowa and Deborah Kent of Iowa; and her siblings' children, Donna Nevins (Dan) of Tullahoma, Kathy Yeagar (Gordy) of Wisconsin and Rick Fisher of Manchester.
