He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy B. Turner and Mamie Iola French Turner; his siblings, Mark Crossno, Charles Troy Turner, Janet Turner and Doy Stephen Turner; and his brothers-in-law, Peto Milam and Jim Rodgers.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Louise Wynn Turner; his children, Joel Turner (Christina) of Paris, TN, Lori Lobue of Mansfield, TN and Jamie Turner (Vanessa) of Paris, TN; his sisters, Carol Willoughby (Ron) of Eva, TN, Kathleen Milam of Paris, TN and Joan Rodgers of Parsons, TN; and his sister-in-law Sharon Crossno of Mansfield, TN. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
