He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Sr. McNeal and Eddie Mae Tharpe McNeal; his daughter Katrina; and his siblings, Herbert, Marie and Vickie.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann McNeal; his children, Tanya Carpenter, Harold McNeal (Nikki), Shawanda Harris (Derek), Harry McNeal Jr. (Tessa) and Marcus McNeal (Rosie); his adoptive children, John Webb (JW) and Ayla Lampert; his grandchildren, Indy, Xavier, Jada, Cody, Sebastian, Marcus Jr., Ty, Shamaya, A'Mya, Tommy, Anna, Natalia, Stantley, Addison and Zoe; his great grandchild Naveiya; and his siblings, Mary, Betty, Fredda, Elnora, Boss and Ross. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
