It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle Raney Stuart of Martin, Tennessee, who passed away on February 25, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Tom Stuart. She is survived by : her parents, Allie Omer and Effie Jane Tuten Raney; her children, John Michael "Bubba" Stuart of Martin, TN, Pat Cole of Martin, TN, Vicki Stout (Billy) of Martin, TN and Linda Kizer of Lexington, TN; and her grandchildren, Jay Cole, Kelly Jo Nanney (Greg), John David Stout (Shelley), Jason William Stout (Carol), Bryant Ransom (Daniel Hooper) and Candace Kizer. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
