He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy L. McMillin and Eunie Spicer McMillin; and his brothers, Harold, Buddy, Donnie, JD and Billy.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes Ferguson McMillin; his children, Kenneth McMillin (Denise) and Penny Latta (Terry); his grandchildren, Christy McMillin (Cathy), Heath Latta (Krista), Kyle McMillin (Molly), Tim Latta and Erin Cain; and his great grandchild Byrdie McMillin.
