Don Ellen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Don Ellen of Martin, Tennessee, born in Hokes Bluff, Alabama, who passed away on February 20, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and Gertrude Ellen (Barbaree); his wife Ellen Elizabeth Ellen (Washburn); and his siblings, Sarah Whitworth, Dean Ellen, Phillip Ellen and Jimmy Ellen.

He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Jackson (Dewayne) of Woodland Mills, Patricia Poyner (Michael) of Martin and Donnie Sue Ellen of Martin; his sister Glenda Justice of Alabama; and his grandchildren, Dean Poyner of Martin, Mitchell Poyner of Martin, Nina Darnall of Union City and Kailey Lear of Woodland Mills. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
