She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawerance "Frog" Mullins and Bobbie Pope Mullins; and her siblings, Barbara Marr, Jimmy Mullins and Donald Ray Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Ashmore (Kristi) of Martin, Cindy Cruse (John) of Martin, Wyatt Ashmore of Murray, KY and Misty Depew (Brad) of Greenfield, TN; her brother Johnny Mullins of Martin; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Rinks, Justin Cruse, Amber Cruse, Brittany Duke, Hagen Ashmore, Koby Ashmore, Kimberly Poyner, Michael Ashmore, Courtney Bryan, Paislee Birchem, Addilyn Depew and Audree Depew. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
