She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Snow and Bessie Ann Childers Snow; her husband Hubert Earl Mullins; and her son-in-law Thomas R. Nelms. She is survived by: her children, Diane Mullins Nelms of South Fulton, Tennessee and Joel Douglas Mullins (Lisa) of Henderson, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Stephen Douglas Kyle (Audra) of Paducah, Kentucky, Kimberly Ann Melton (Brian) of Jackson, Tennessee, Brian Douglas Mullins (Amy) of Evansville, Indiana and Joel Scott Mullins (Jamie) of Newburgh, Indiana.; her brother Glenn Snow; and her sister-in-law Linda Snow of South Fulton. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Our Funeral Chapel. A burial was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 at the Little Obion Cemetery.
