He is survived by : his wife Kim; his daughters, Leigh Dowdy Nichols (Justin) of Martin and Andrea Crawford of Martin; his stepchildren, Miranda Norris Oliver (Andy) of Dresden, TN and Lance Norris (Ashley) of Martin; and his granddaughters, Hensleigh Dowdy, Audri Dowdy, Ava Dowdy, Drew Harper Oliver, Cate Norris and Lydia Norris.
The family has requested in lieu of flowers that donations be made in Jim's memory to Central Christian Academy.
