He was predeceased by: his parents, James V. Wallace and Mary Wilson Wallace; his wife Monica Wallace; and his sister Julie Seymour. He is survived by: his siblings, Kimberly Keele of Cunningham, TN and Phillip Wallace of Henry, TN; his girlfriend Stephanie Parker of Martin, TN; and his stepchildren, Donna Bushong (Derric) of Lafayette, IN, Will Ruckel (Chelsea) of Lafayette, IN and Jamie Jr. of Lafayette, IN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
