He was predeceased by: his wife Verna Walker; his parents, Neil Walker and Lillian Gatewood Walker; his siblings, Bert, Bill, Harvey, Harold, Raphael, Eulane, Hilman, Bob Walker and Josephine Brundige; his grandson Brad Thompson; his great grandchild Jonathan Parker Thompson; and his son-in-law Mike Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelia Thompson and Sylvia Kemp (Jamie); his sisters, Deana House (Fred) of Martin and Robbie Martin of Murray, KY; and his grandchildren, Randy Kemp (JoJo), Candie McGinnis (Rick), Debra Cash, Michael Thompson (Michelle) and Christel Laney. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren and 10 great great-grandchildren.
