She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Holman Dodd and Lula Travis Dodd (Marilucile); her husband Elmer Wylie Counce; her brothers, Benjamin Edward Dodd and Robert Travis Dodd; and her sisters-in-law, Dean Stubblefield Dodd and Elaine Dodd.
She is survived by: her son Benjamin Travis Counce (Lugenia) of Caruthersville, MO; her grandchildren, Anna Beth Kallenbach (Andy), Emily Marie Gulley (Shane), Trisha Lynn Counce, Alyssa Renee Counce and Benjamin Edward Counce; her great grandchildren, Matthew Kallenbach, Dean Kallenbach, Eileen Kallenbach, Lucas Gulley and Logan Gulley; and her nephew Ken Travis Dodd.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Methodist Church (225 Main St, Martin, TN 38237). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
