He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his daughter Christine Carnes (Barry Carnes); his granddaughters, Molly Mullendore (Andrew) and Katie Rose Sullivan (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Nora Drew Mullendore and Parker Sullivan.
